**Warehouses & Industrial | PV | Oakland, CA**

The roof of this large warehouse was filled with PV to reduce utility costs. We used a PanelClaw ballasted mounting solution to minimize roof penetrations. The system is currently outperforming the original solar energy production estimates and has resulted in increased savings! Greenhouse gas equivalent = 392 Metric Tons, equivalent to:

- 1.) 939,977 miles driven by an average car.
- 2.) 908 barrels of oil consumed.
- 3.) 3.1 acres of U.S. Forests preserved from conversion to cropland in one year.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took great pain in explaining the features including the pros and cons of equipment from different manufacturers.
