The downstairs portion belongs to Aloha Pediatric Dentistry and the upstairs is occupied by Berkeley Orthodontics. Before solar, our combined winter bills averaged about $2,000.00 per month so we decided to max-out our roof surface with almost 15 kW of SunPower modules.*
