Essex Property Trust has increasingly incorporated sustainable practices into their operations since 2006.

89 solar hot water collectors were installed at the Connolly station location in West Dublin, California to

minimize their carbon footprint and maximize building efficiency. Residents now enjoy their showers and

baths, even more, knowing that their water was heated by the sun.
