The system includes 255 Maxeon solar modules paired with a SolarEdge inverter and is designed to generate approximately 169,400 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of clean, renewable electricity each year, helping reduce energy costs while supporting long-term sustainability. According to EPA equivalency data, the solar array at Mitchell Park Place will reduce carbon emissions by an estimated 67.3 short tons of CO₂ annually (tCO₂e/a). This impact is comparable to removing 14.2 gasoline-powered cars from the road or avoiding 155,571 miles driven in a typical passenger vehicle. It also offsets the consumption of 6,874 gallons of gasoline, just over 80% of a tanker truck (0.809). These benefits repeat year after year.
