Amenities include electric vehicle charging stations and a resort-style swimming pool/spa heated by solar thermal, creating modern comfort in a sustainable manner. As a bonus, this market-rate, multi-family apartment complex will receive a five-year performance based incentive (PBI) from Silicon Valley Power.
