Sun Light & Power installed a 76.7 kW solar photovoltaic system in Concord, California, helping this community reduce its environmental footprint while benefiting from renewable energy. The system includes 142 Boviet solar modules paired with two SolarEdge inverters and is projected to generate approximately 108,885 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of clean electricity annually, supporting long-term energy savings and sustainability goals.
According to EPA equivalency calculations, this solar installation will prevent roughly 42.6 short tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year (tCO₂e/a). That’s equivalent to taking 9 average cars off the road or avoiding 98,487 miles driven. The system also offsets the consumption of 4,352 gallons of gasoline, about half of a full tanker truck (0.512).
This project demonstrates the community’s commitment to sustainable development and responsible energy use. Sun Light & Power is proud to deliver clean energy solutions that support both environmental stewardship and long-term operational efficiency.
